    (A) Polizei officer most likely (for field use, no brown collar)
    but
    (B) Heer officers also wore matching (non bottle green) collars on tailored uniforms on occasion.
    ( we can rule out SS because of the collar tab ghosts being much too large!)

      I vote Polizei...no clear signs of a breast eagle and something is going on with the left sleeve (viewers right...)
      (besides the color being a better match for Polizei!)
