Combat pants for opinions

Hi all. I've had these for several years and always thought that they were original but pants have never been an area of expertise for me. I want to put these on eStand but am posting here first for opinions.

Pics tell pretty much all. Looks like a mouse got in to one of the pockets and it was relined; can't tell when lying flat or on a mannequin.

Any guidance on pricing also very welcomed.

Hello Drew.

Like you, I don't know much about trousers. I will say that perhaps the scallop stitch detail on the pockets may be unusual along with the scalloped rear pocket button flap.
