Auschwitz/Birkenau Red Cross Armband?

I'm assuming this is fantasy? Anyone know?

The girl claims that she went through her grandfather's belongings and found this. She says her grandfather was there when Auschwitz was liberated, which makes no sense, unless her grandfather was Russian.

Completely fake. Bad aging and like you said the story wouldn't make sense, and the stamp wouldn't go either...
