Rank patch

This patch was in a box of 'stuff' I purchased. I think it is a German Rank patch but I would like to know the correct title for it. It has some damage at the edge. I found a dirty one on EBay that sold for $10; is that about right for this patch? Thanks.

The rank is for an Oberschütze one grade over a basic soldier.
