    Shoulder board

Hello. I have a shoulder board, which I have had for many years without knowing what it is. I believe it to be a transport service musician drum major's board from before the war. Does anyone have an idea of what a plaited dark blue and gold board on a light blue/grey background could be. There is also a lyre in gold affixed. I am happy to send a photo per email. Thanks

I have never seen anything like it... If I were to guess, it would be either KM or some sort of civil music school?

Not KM in my mind, they appear to be too long....civilian band was my first impression.

          cheers

Hello all. The length is the same as a normal Heeresverwaltung shoulder board and has no pins visible from the back. Could it be a sample piece?
              Thanks for your interest

I don't believe that it is post-war. It doesn't light under UV and is exactly the same construction as Officers' straps from the time.
