OK, I'll bite. Nice tunic, WEIRD liner. I think it was the guy's security blanket from before he went in the army. Since he was undoubtedly not allowed to carry it with him, he had it sewn into the tunic. I think his name was Linus van Pelt.

Is there a tailors laber,dagger hanger? What is the lining in the sleeves? reverse collar??

The jacket looks good from the pics. The liner is probably some funky tailors variation which you do not see to often in private purchase tunics,

As you can see, it's a custom or customized officer's field tunic. I'm guessing it's from a bit later in the war period than it looks, because the wool is a bit softer than that found on very early tunics, and the underside of the pocket flaps is a reed green HBT fabric. It's extremely well tailored, and the lining looks like the custom cotton lining usually found in breeches and sleeves--it's obviously been in there since the piece was made. There is no provision for a dagger or sword, which would make sense in accord with the wartime period of the tunic's tailoring (a pistol sidearm would have been carried vs. edged weapons). The eagle is bullion with a bit of moth nipping; the tabs are wartime subdued. Nothing glows under UV, by the way. The tunic shows just the right amount of age and wear so that you can tell it was actually used.

As for the loops I would imagine they would have accomodated a wound badge, EK1 and an infantry or general assault badge. The ribbon loop looks as if it would have held a two or three piece ribbon bar. Let me know if I am thinking along the right lines?

It seems to be "texbook" officers custon-made field blouse with no "red points". Unusual lining.
(I am one of that ones, who watched this thread with no comment - I didn't find nothing "bad" on posted photos and this was the reason why I added no comment before.)
