Unknown Boards with slip-ons

I just got these yesterday, looks like Sonder or Verwaltung to me but have no idea what the slip-on is. EB? Eisen Bahn? I photographed them with and without flash and on different back grounds so you could judge the true color.
Any one know?

I'm leaning towards something like that.

Slip-ons were for soldiers below the rank of Feldwebel. Higher ranks were to use metal cyphers. Although regulations were not always strictly observed, I do not think that slip-on belongs on that board.

Whether or not it belongs I have no idea but that is how it came. Do you know what it means?

The units managed train and railroad yard operations etc. and where not directly construction units. Unless it is bring back, no one can say the slide was on there but it certainly would make sense that a Sonderfuhrer would be in a unit like this and I have seen these slides used by officers in photos and on other boards in collections.

regardless of whether the sonderfuhrer board and EB slip tab were always together, the slip tab is quite rare.

Thanks all for the responses. I thought it was Sonderfuhrer and was sure the slip-on was railroad. This was brought into a pawn shop along with a bunch of other TR bring back stuff and that is all I know.
