WH Panzer breast eagles, EM and officer

Hi,
what do you think about them?
These hand embroidered officer birds are always difficuilty to me, the EM one is a stitched one, but I never see this pattern. Looks strange to me.

The EM one is an early bevo version sewn on wool .
The OFF one is a very nice original one , if really on black wool to be Pz and not very dark Navy blue for KM Administration !

Two very nice birds IMO. Panzer officers are always hard to judge on pictures ( black vs dark blue backing for KM beamte) but it has great detail. I agree with Nick that the wool mounted bevo is an early version. I have the same early version but of a slightly different design (judging from the detail). Mine has no secondary backing "bubbly" textured material but it might just be from another maker or have been lost to time

You have two very nice eagles there! The first eagle is a first pattern white on black BeVo panzer enlisted man's breast eagle. It is a little uncommon that it is mounted to a wool base like a waffenrock eagle. That base material even has a backing cloth too. Nice variation. The second eagle looks like a super nice bullion panzer officers breast eagle.
