Officer's tunic for review

Seasons greetings everybody. Here is an officers tunic I acquired earlier this year. Completely original apart from the loops for the awards which had been removed but it was easy to see where they had been, I’ve replaced them and added the awards. (See before and after photos)

There is no makers label or stamps on the lining.

It came from right out of the woodwork so to speak coming direct from the NZ veterans son.

Nice piece! I love that neatly stitched eagle. Can we see the restoration job you did on the award loops?

Looks like it might have been a longer ribbon bar set up top and not a clasp. Though it's hard to say obviously.

Erwin, you have a nice pioneer tunic. I really like the piped collar which is a nice touch! Steve
