    Wool Afrika Cuff Title- Reproduction?

    I received this cuff title as a gift today. It is strange to say the least. I am not expecting it to be real- but could it be one of those private made titles? It has no modern feeling to it whatsoever. Thanks in advance.

          Afrika title

          This looks like it might have started out to be made for a veteran post-war as the materials used are not similar to originals.
