Was this jacket/sweater with zipper Wehrmacht issue?

Does this jacket/sweater have a name? Was it official military issue? Thanks!

Pretty much impossible to tell what that is. They often wore civilian sweaters in the front areas under tunics and also the issue black sport top, one version which had a zipper like this.

Here is a link to an image of a Heer training top being worn. They also wore Italian Army sweaters with zippers.

The guy on the far right looks like he is wearing a Army issue "V" net sweater with dark green collar and cuffs.
