Here is one I picked up at the SOS. The only real match to the rank and unit number is for Generalmajor Friedrich Stammbach who was an Oberst and commander of Eisenbahn Pioniere Regiment 6 before being promoted to Generalmajor and OKH positions. Awarded the DKiS in 1945 as a Generalmajor. The picture is of him but from his service records during the early 1930s.

Tunic is named and a unit stamp (better said, a condition stamp) is also on the liner.
                Stunning set! Congrats

My only waffenrock purchase of 2013/14 - Admin with black secondary color - Armory technical official’s waffenrock – Named to Waffenmeister Petschel (Weapons Master Petschel) Condition is nice with a few detracting moth nips but overall very sound with original insignia. Thanks to Larry and Johnny R for help on researching Waffenmeister Petschel. Born in 1892 and was assigned to the 2nd Battalion of Panzer Regiment 2 in Eisenach as a weapons maintenance specialist in May of 1939. Note the waffenrock was tailored in Eisenach nice when all the stars align. The set came with the aiguillette and a pair pants (not pictured). I also like the waffenmeister has a nice set of loops you don’t often see on these Admin waffenrock likely he was a WW1 veteran speculation based on his birth date.
