As i see it well ,its reitz merksem antwerp made , so Belgian made. Stamp is not the best but you can still make it out .

I think it's easier to come across a Jacket than a pair of trousers.
Btw., what is the average price for a pair of Sumpftarn trousers in condition like the one shown below?
