What do you think about this M43 ? all seems to be original applied and i particulary like this one , but don't want to make a mistake !

i was just posting and my pc fell out, i was from the same tought, it doesn't gives me t.rills. it looks more denim then drillich. I has a touch of the fieldblouses made for the luftwaffe, you know the kind the used in hot regions Italy

But i was given an advice from a oldrr collector now in his 80's^^ if you dont feel wright and sure about it, better to pas on it then take a chance^^ Sure i have lost the chance of some nicce pieces when it tooks out it was orginal . But you have learned then the item in question and you still have your money.

this is certainly( for me then) not a textbook drillich combat tunic.

Looks like someone had it on display for a long time near a sunny window. I also would wait for another one. My Golden rule with collecting German is if there is one red flag you cannot explain- walk away. You may miss items that are original but it also will protect you from building a collection full of badged up fake garbage.

This type of jacket made out of bluish cotton instead of green HBT
is known and is clearly a factory production ( not field made, just a different material used like Olona)
this one has been period tailored with false pleated pocket.
About the insignias, probably reapplied..when?
