Hauptmann's boards for ID please

Hi Guys

Could anyone help me with these please? They are not red but a dark orange, the last pic shows the colour most accurately. Could they be ordnance or military police perhaps or just an off colour for artillery?

I would say some type of colour variation. The cyphers look original to the boards.

I concur with Herr Schulterklappen.
A color variation (which were quite common)
"Orange" waffenfarbe is normally a "Pumpkin"
color, some are a lighter orange.
Dye lots are also inconsistent and Wool piping
takes the dye differently.
