No, that one is for a Gun layer and was worn on the other sleeve. The skill badges are round. This is one for a Armorer, it is originally applied but against regulations for the dress tunic and applied where it would be on a service tunic 11 CM from the end of the sleeve. The proper position is 3 CM above the cuff where you patch was sewn on.

You do not know which one it is. If the rest of it is original I would not restore. It. I have a Vet pick up field tunic were the patch was removed too so it was done for whatever reason during the War.
