    Hi all,


    Would like to get opinions on this jacket in Italian camouflage? Recent manufacturing?

    looks more like bulgarian camo to me, but anyway a nice jacket can't tell for sure if made pre may 45, but that is almost always the case with these fieldmade items!

      Looks more like HUNGARIAN camo. Never seen II WW bulgarian camo at all ( would like to see one if exists ).

        Hungarian camo .
        But what a wonderful manufacture for something supposed to be a local
        tailor made item ?
        With industry made button holes also ? not for me ...

            If italian camo pattern than it will be post war pattern. The wartime italian camo had diffrent colors. Those colors are very similar to II WW hungarian camo.


            The first photo shows two wartime hungarian camo patterns and italian camo ( in the middle ).

            The second photo shows two italian camo patterns - one wartime and one postwar.

                    interesting, i never saw a german tunic, made out of hungarian camo. i once read somewhere, that german manufactures also produced camo shelter halfs for the hungarian army...
