    Eagle on the estand!

    Hello,

I believe that this style of embroidered Heer eagle is a reproduction. http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=765669

I brought this up in discussion a while ago and posted it here: http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=344867

To get right to the point, the eagles Fred is referencing in his earlier thread are posted on pages 7 and 8 of that thread. (save you some time...)

      Hello,

Let me get to the point!! These eagles are newer reproductions sold by Reddick Militaria a few years ago. I was duped by them a purchased a few of them(8+) at the SOS. They are reproduction made to look like an early breast eagle.

I contacted Gary Wood and Dave Suter to flag the sale and I sent a PM to the seller. THESE EAGLES ARE REPRODUCTION!

Please look at this thread : http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...=344867&page=8 posts 105-108, Pages 7-8.

So why haven't any of the moderators pulled the ad from e-stand?

          Hello,

There is another posting about the same eagle on here and the seller has responded. In time it will be removed.
