Thanks to Igor (OST) for identifying this cockarde which he uses as his Avatar.

As he explained to me:

"It's cockarde for a cap for the Ukrainian police security units and the Ukrainian volunteers in Wehrmacht.

Also this cockarde used in UPA (Ukrainian Insurgent Army)."

Just to add, the cockade was from the stock left for Ukrainian troops during the Wars of Independence (1918-21). Several variations existed.
