I want to thank all who have offered advice and their thoughts about this tunic! I have one more question. The collar boards appear to have always been on this item and there is clear evidence of a breast eagle once being there. For whatever reason the collar tress was removed. So should I decide to restore which direction would be best, Heer or Police? Thanks daniel tarr817j
