I have a pair of boots given to me and was wondering if they are pre 1945.
The person that gave them to me said he got them from a friend and did not know anything else. I do not know anything about boots so any information would be appreciated. What I do know is of the pair the right boot has the numbers (The first three I am not sure but the rest I think are correct) 19646798.
