I have been dragging this guy around in my household goods since 1981. It's a small size but in good shape, and I got it with a box of additional shoulder boards, insignia (Hitler Youth and Army), and a neat candlestick marked to the regiment he was in and "Frankreich 1940". Seems he was in two regiments, but both panzer.

OOOOOOHHHHH and a early flatwire eagle
these are also rare
You can find them sometimes on the waffen rock ,but on a background
simply the bird ( flatwire)stitched (without background) direct on a combat tunic

John, the eagle is actually manufactured onto a piece of field grey cloth exactly the same shade as the blouse, so the eagle looks as though it has no background cloth - but it does.
