I can only imagine that this is some sort of fantasy patch, reminiscent of a sharpshooters configuration, (shape-wise), but wondered when it was churned out...It came in a large flea market bag-lot of insignia, some good, some "NOT" so good! Anyway, not one I've come across before but I can only assume it's a fantasy item, albeit not a bad looking design...

real ones are uncommon but i have probably owned 6 in the lat 4 or 5 years. Typically trade hands from collector to collector for around 450-600 bucks. I have paid as much as 1000 USD for one or two though and have had no issues moving them. Yours is a known repro. MattComment
