Waffenrock inf opinions

Hallo guys, I want to know your opinions about this inf. waffenrock. What do you think about decoration, eagle and (most important) 9 mm tresse on shoulder boards? the tresse that close "U" on shoulder boards is unusual and bad applied...possible fast upgrade? and BWB?? it hasn't the right place...

What is not to like here? The eagle is really nice and has a nice thick border that has not been cut down. It is not unusual to see the shoulder board crossed with hand sewn treese as a sign of a recent promotion and no time or opportunity to take it in to a Tailor shop.
