To be honest it could be also winter camo, white overall overcoat as it has exacly the same characteristics. IMO this photos doesn't show anything clearly.
Another thing is that I have seen those type camo suits ( as one shown here ) sold as czechoslovak postwar made.

Well, at least it shows clearly that this unique way of construction WAS used in winter camo suits of the Wehrmacht... ;-)
