LW schouder board HV need help quick!

What do you guys think of this? Look @ the tresse and the HV at a LW flak board is that possible! I can buy this and so I need help quick! THNX in advance,

The HV is strictly Army and does not belong on the LW board.
The LW had a whole differant board system for Admin NCOs.

The board looks OK, just shouldn't have the "HV" on it.
