Question about drillchanzug?

I have a question about the trousers drillchanzug?
Is it drillichhose first pattern?
Do these trousers in the picture are original?

Those are M43 hbt pants ( drillich hosen - to call it drillichanzug there need to be jacket also ).

One feature tells that those are M43 hbt pants - piece of cloth used to button up trousers leg - if it would be missing /never aplied than it would M40.

Considering some details, i would say they are maybe KM.
They don't completly match with the standart drillich trousers for Heer, neither 33 or 42 patterns.
