Yes it is the second type. The "Kharkov" or 1st model is a pull over.

Maybe I'm wrong but:
Could be a modified first type of the first model
Note here the small Hood, the lack of the skirt pockets, the short interval between the buttons who stop higher than the one with totally open closure of the 2nd model !
Need a photo of the chest closure and the reverse of the flap with the buttons' slits to confirm.

its looks like reworked very first model to me.
