PZ Officer Breast Eagle

Hi guys, are these photos sufficient to make a definite judgement on this eagle?

I was of the opinion that the eagle was dark green backed when placed on a piece of black wool.

I did purchase the shoulder boards thinking they were Panzer (and were being sold as Panzer) but when I received them they are in my eye's, General Staff/Vet.IMO

Anyway,here are some photos for everyone's thoughts..Colours can be tricky in photographs.

Thanks for the fast reply Glenn. So you had purchased the eagle and returned it to the seller?
You are right it is dark green.

I just purchased the boards,the seller sent me photos of the eagle as I asked him to place it on a piece black wool but I thought it was dark green backed so I passed.
