Opinions on 2 shoulder boards, please.

Yes..both original shoulder straps...the Infantry Unteroffizier(Lance Sergeant) strap appears to have been used by a junior NCO in a recruiting dept at some stage. It looks like a gothic W (like the Berlin Watch W) and a Roman numeral X and another number I cant make out have been picked out. This type of W was sometimes used although the correct pattern of W is the more common.
