General collar tab and Land Customs Shoulder boards

What do you guys think of these...good or bad? Are the shoulder boards Land Customs or something else? If they check out, they are going to the E-stand. What would a fair price be for the collar tab and boards?

Thanks guys. I think the General's collar tab is going to stay in the collection now that I know it is good. I guess I will need to try and find a match for it. Appreciate the comments and help.

Haven't looked on Mike's site lately (Marshal's Baton) but I thought there was one like it in the section where he shows examples in people's collections.

I've always been a 'pairs' guy myself usually passing over opportunities for singles but I wonder if someplace such as Mike's would be a cool place to 'log-in' single tabs and sort-of log them according to similarities. He's always looking for well photographed examples to add to his reference site. The hope being to locate the missing tab within another's collection. It would be sort-of a 'siblings lost & found' with the goal of reuniting the missing other.
