Pz Officer tropical Tunic (KM pattern)

Thoughts on this tropical Tunic (KM pattern) with Army Afrikakorps CT mounted on the fake french cuff...(not above)
and Heer Panzer boards...Army pebbled buttons...
Could have been worn like this KM in Heer use (but appears to be an unissued depot piece based on condition and dolled up to WH Pz...)
Award loops would indicate it was used...EK2 ribbon looks brand new and added...


It could easily be restored back to KM with little effort. Loops for KM metal breast eagle are present.
So the question is about the base (KM) tunic itsself , not its current Pz Lt configuration...
Because of the prestine condition I was wondering, remake ? or original?

Just noticed it does have some staining or discoloration on the left lapel...
so not that prestine, not that mint, but little to no wear...

The guy was asking $600 I was able to get it for $500. I'll remove the CT and restore it back to KM with the appropriate insignia.
The base tunic is fine I believe but does lack the partial white shoulder liner which is often encountered on these.

Agreed. the CT will come off. If the pz boards check out OK that will be a nice bonus!

Well the uniform came in and I am very pleased with it.

The Wehrmacht insignia came off... It was masquerading as Heer tropical. Of course it is a Kriegsmarine "Brown Uniform".
Anyway the panzer shoulderboards are original and nice! Good bonus item for another project!

This is what it now looks like, now shown in the KM section ; (properly restored as Kriegsmarine!)
