My new Lightweight Summer Infantery Officer Tunic

Hi Guys,

Last week I bought this worn lightweight infantery Officer tunic and it came in today (sorry for the crappy pics, they were not taken by me) I think the eagle is reapplied as are the collar tabs, but I am not sure. (you guys tell me) As you can see, looking at the cuffs, this tunic is worn quite good. No award loops, overall condition very good.

I would say yes to a replaced eagle and tabs. You can see the out line above the current tabs where the original ones sat. The insignia is a good match to the overall wear of the tunic but I would either send it back or ask for a bit of a reimbursement man. The bast jacket is fine. Matt

Shoulderboards are possibly also reapplied. Base jacket is very nice. Hope you paid the price of a rebadged tunic. Cheers, W

Reapplied insignia is fine by me. I gave up looking for a jacket with original applied insignia. (As long as everything is original) These are hard to find and the price is way higher.
I have had contact with the seller and we made a deal.

Congrats! I am also okay with restored pieces in certain situations and as long as it is disclosed and the price reflects that.
