    Huge Vet Insignia Hit

As they say, it's still out there. This vet must have hit an insignia warehouse. There are nearly 400 different pieces of insignia fresh out of the woodwork! Many are stacks of 10. The rolls have 100 eagles each.

He must have been in the air corp, but the family didn't have any detail.

Apparently he was in the Air Corps Artillery. Very nice haul!

Yep, don't know why the artillery crossed cannons are in there. I think that cap was normally worn by enlisted men, but there are miniature officer bars hooked to the crossed cannons as well. And then there were lots of pieces of camo parachute material in the grouping, two different patterns. So, your guess is as good as mine.
