Bad skull?

Guys,

im pretty sure this skull is bad but want to make sure before I list the grouping on the estand. Buckle is being discussed as well. I ask because I thought this type was determined to be bad but want to be 100% sure. Matt

really! Score then, at least that is good. I always assumed these to be bad, another learning day on the WAF. Matt

no problem. A lot of collectors consider that pattern as bad but it isnt - although it seems to be seldom used before 1945. I assume a very late war pattern.

There exist also a (very seldom) early version of that pattern in aluminium with two stamped prongs:
