A lot of finish left for what looks like a zink piece(?). Maker unknown to me but I call it the "4 feather variation". This type is the only summer bird I have seen (so far) that has 4 feathes on each side in second row of wing feathers: most summer eagles either have 4 on 1 side and five on the other of 5 on both sides.
This variant exists in tombac and zink and both gold and silver specimens can be found to make a set. All tombac & zink specimens have this particular stamped metal hinge and most have a bent piece of wire to act as a hinge pin but some early specimens in tombac have a small "nail head" rivet for the hinge pin.
