Shoulder boards help

Hi guys I bought a lot at an estate auction which contained some original badges, a Kurland cuff and around 30 pairs of boards and some singles.
I think these may be Heer or SS, they are out of my experience so any help on what they are would be much appreciated. Some of them are a bit salty but I'm pretty happy that they are authentic.

All Heer (except collar tabs) and all look to be original,years of bad storage by the looks of them but very nice.

The two pair upper left in the first image with a slight oxidized silver appearance and black backing plus round button holes are typical for Kriegsmarine.

Could me for Army as well though for the screw and post type shoulder board buttons.
