Need some help with 2 set of medic boards

Hello,

I have these 2 sets of medical boards, one from sanitätsabteilung 29 and 9.

The 29 is with metal cyhpers, the 9 with sewn insignia. Nice Kornblumenblau waffenfarbe, and overall I have a nice feeling about both of them. The 9 with LW tresse, but should that bother me..?..I am sometimes a little confused as to when it was changed...and I have a nice pair of the old pointed boards with LW tresse - but would it only be found on the pointed ones..???..

Both sets looks and feels old, worn and a little dusty.

Any input appreciated..!!

And here the 9 with the embroided number. Looks in my opinion good, same color as the wafenfarbe when compared...but..?..

Medical boards

Both sets are nice original examples. The 29th set are private purchase and the Luft style tresse is not an issue. I would purchase either set.

These LW style (Reichswehr ??) tresse are found especially on early/pre war ones indeed but not only on pointed version.

Hi Jan,

Thanks for the comment, and yes, there seems to be a little mix possibly in the pre-war years where there are these a little out of order boards, and probably some of them are private purchase and therefore after the buyers wish.
