I would have to agree with Tom on this one. If it has a very dark blue back it is KM Administration.

Looked at it pretty close under different light compared to my ss eagle and don't see any difference, looks black to me.

Tough call, it may depend on your camera's setting and our monitor's color settings. So far it does appear black. Do you have anything dark navy blue you can place it against for an additional comparison?
