A dangerous Repro. Tunics with such kind of liner are not in every case bad:

It is a well known fake and the lining material is wrong, the cuts are wrong, and the wool as noted is very very different.

The Dutch manufactured posted tunic posted at the end has very different fabrics.

They might have added and original collar/glass buttons to the reproduction, it probably had costume numbers ate the neck that were cut out and the patch placed in there. It may be from Band of Brothers etc. or something like that. The hook looks modern but it is hard to see.
