Non-reversible splinter parka value

My friend has this original parka. It is in good condition overall but does show use and wear, clearly an issued one. What would be a realistic price for something like this in today's market? It seems to me that a few years ago these were suddenly very expensive but I think like with many items the prices on these have really taken a hit, any comments on this would be appreciated.
