Collar tabs and shoulder boards Panzer Jäger

Hi everybody,

as I´m not a collector of Uniforms and Cloth Insignia I need your help to identify the following things. I received 4 pairs of shoulder boards and 3 pairs of collar tabs from the widow of a member Panzer Jäger Abteilung 182 82. Inf. Division.
He survived the war and passed away in the late 80s.
Okay, I´ll start with the shoulder boards - what rank is this ???.

The shoulder boards aren't Jager, they are for an Official with the rank of Lieutenant. The white secondary color could be a number of branches but most probably for a Paymaster.
