Hi pals need advice on this one, the seller says is from a General tunic, i see is in bad shape but is original??? And the price you will pay for it??? Thanks in advance Oberst.

It could be for KM costal artillery, the detail and execution is more in line with those than a Heer general one.
This is of course my very personal opinion and view on this piece.
