The fur coat is real, many of these are French made and sadly they do not age well and fall apart. They are all very different and were a "quick fix" to the shortage for winter clothing in the military. Everything looks good, the pants are very nice but maybe some mouse damage? They look unused. They did not like the pants as much as the jackets as it was very hot to move and hard to run etc. they often are almost mint.

Woodwork means not a ruin, it was a dry room.
The trouser is mint, you are right IMO also unused
The rent is no mouse damage, seems someone was to hard using the bag of the trouser

The coat, its nothing for me, to repair or hold for me, but the damage is to repair

I doubt I would class these trousers as "mint" and unworn considering you say buttons are missing, there are repairs to the ties, plus the huge hole in them.
At best they are very good used condition.....

No, not LW specific, just a late pattern non-reversible style which came with a matching parka of course. The erroneous LW linkage is because of the blue lining material...
but has nothing to do with LW but LW Feld Divisions at this stage were supplied by the Heer (under Army control) so the pants are accurate for late war FD.

I would suggest that in this case the sheepskin coat is actually Soviet. There are several characteristics that point to this to include the shape of the coat, the type of fur used, pocket material and stamping and the multi rows of stitching on the cuffs and originally on the hem....not sure if the latter is still present or if it has been shortened....the closure had been repaired and modified from the original Russian hook and eye...hidden closure.
