    Cap eagle identification?

    This is a cap eagle (I believe) in the bevo style that I was told is an SA cap eagle...what do YOU think?

    I, agree SA eagle worn on the left side of the Lagermutze color indicating Westmark or Niedersachsen.In 1939 the eagle was backed only in black.
