Hello gents, I need some help with this piece...IMO it could be overall for panzer crews, but I am really not sure with it. Thanks for a help!

After checking my files, i haven't find any pics of this type of coverall used in Heer pz units.
First time i see a double row of buttons for closure on a coverall too, obviously an over garment.
It seems there was an external waisbelt, missing here.
Maybe not a german manufacture, considering its buttonholes.
No visible markings ?
Is there a metallic hook and eye system for closing at the colar ? And is it padded as for winter LW coveralls for instance ?
