                Thanks guys! It is quite large and did come with a frame which adds to the bulkiness. Artist's name is signed "P. Kapell"

                    This one also sold recently. Was on the fence since it isn't a painting but I loved the fact that it is all three major branches of service.

                    It is also quite a nice subject matter.

                        do you think that this could of been used as a propaganda piece as you see many postcards with the 3 services smiling & laughing together.

                                Yes I believe it was reslisted. When I was speaking to the seller after it initially sold behind the scenes he said he hadn't received payment yet. So it likely fell through. Based on what he said the original deal was for I'm sure he's glad he let the auction run through! Wow.
