Help on collartabs!!

Dealt with High End Third Reich for 41 years and USAAF items....never really dealt with WW1 Imperial German. I had one of these years ago and it had a gold bullion border, the kind you would find on Polizei General Collartabs. What kind of Collar Tabs are these???? Thanks

This looks like the insignia worn on Austrian Infantry officer overcoats in the 1930s. Not 100% sure but that may lead you towards an answer.
