Need help on Winterjacket!

Hi Guys !
I need help on this Winterjacket .
I`m a Medal and Badge Collector , and my knowledge about uniforms and clothes are not any good .
Could someone please tell what kind of Winterjacket this is , I belive that it is German from 2WW . Jacket is heavy and is Camo on one side and white on the other . Or more correct Camo outside and White inside .
And what is the value on this Jacket ?

Thats a tan/water pattern camouflage winter parka, reversible to white.

The camouflage is Sumpfmuster 43 to be correct, a rather early version if you ask me. Value will be around 500EUR I guess.
