Waffen SS italian garbadine breches

Hi,

I got this heavy waffen SS/Heer breches made of italian garbadine.
I never see breches which I can open on the side.
Are they good? Opinions are welcome.

Classic Italian WW2 materials (inside,outside + buttons) with female style closure...
Definitely WW2 but Female riding breeches?
or maybe styled like this for a wounded (handicapped) soldier?
